In 2009, the program received title sponsorship from PING, a world-class manufacturer of golf equipment. As a result, the program was renamed, beginning a relationship that will allow the program to grow to a national level. We have worked with a multifaceted team to bring the new sports platform to market. The new platform better allows team administrators, coaches, and assistant coaches to manage their youth golf programs. This includes everything from team signup to golf course information management and youth player management to team scoring. The hope is to be able to continue to grow the game of golf using the PING Junior Golf University platform as a way to more easily manage clubs across the country.
